Mounting Rails (Standard Series)

C-profile rails and assembly rails type TS, in various heights of 11, 14 and 30 millimetres and maximum lengths of up to 2 metres for the fixing of pipe / tube clamps and hose clamps of the Standard Series according to DIN 3015, Part 1, in conjunction with hexagon rail nuts type SM (steel) and SMG (stainless steel). Manufactured from uncoated steel or hot-dip galvanised steel. Alternatively also available in stainless steel V2A 1.4301 / 1.4305 (AISI 304 / 303) and V4A 1.4401 / 1.4571 (AISI 316 / 316 Ti).

Mounting rails for the standard series to DIN 3015-1

Support rails from the standard series serve as the basis for fastening individual conduits and hose lines in accordance with DIN 3015-1. They offer stable, standard-compliant installation and at the same time allow flexible adaptation in the event of changes to the cable routing.

Structure and function of the support rails

Type TS trunking is designed so that clamps with trunking nuts can be inserted from the side. This allows clamps to be fitted, moved or added without the need for welding, enabling quick adjustments to be made during operation.

Variants, materials and dimensions

The support rails are available in mild steel (uncoated or hot-dip galvanised) and in stainless steel V2A and V4A. Typical rail heights are 11 mm, 14 mm and 30 mm. Standard lengths of 1 to 2 m can be shortened on site or manufactured to special lengths on request.

Areas of application for the standard series

Typical applications include stationary hydraulic systems, mechanical engineering and installations where fixing points are set at an early stage and the final cable routing needs to be adapted flexibly.

Selection criteria for the standard series
