These flanges - also known as pipe flanges or SAE flanges - ensure a secure and leak-free connection of hydraulic lines and components. The flanges are available for both the standard pressure series (3000 PSI / ISO 6162-1) and the high pressure series (6000 PSI / ISO 6162-2). Depending on the version, the pressure range extends from 35 to 500 bar, available in nominal widths from DN 13 (1/2") to DN 127 (5").

Materials and surfaces

STAUFF flanges are manufactured from high-quality steel as standard. Stainless steel versions are also available for particularly demanding environments. The surface treatments vary depending on the application. In addition, various sealing materials such as Perbunan are available to suit the medium used.
