The Ecovos+ variant expands the standard fitting system by using plastic rings that can be slid onto the hose nipple as mobile pull-out protection. This transforms a standard Ecovos connector into a tear-out-proof interlock connector in no time at all, which is ideal for use in safety-critical applications with multi-spiral hoses.

• Dornvos measures the nipple drop in the crimped state; this ensures that the inside diameter of the hose nipple optimally fulfils the requirements.
• With Dornvos, assembly errors can be recognised at an early stage; this contributes to the permanent tightness and functionality of the fitting.
• The test mandrels are available for all nominal sizes; they are available individually or as a complete set in a robust plastic case.

Hose connectors are used in conjunction with hydraulic hoses to safely transfer pressurised fluids. STAUFF hose fittings are tested and approved for use with a wide range of different hose types, including

Depending on the hose type and crimped fitting, it may be necessary to peel the outside and/or inside of the hoses before crimping. In addition, tests can be carried out in the STAUFF Technology Centre's test laboratory according to individual customer specifications or current standards (ISO 1402, ISO 6802, ISO 6803, ISO 8032 etc.).
