Series HT

The screw-to-connect couplings with poppet valve from the HT series from STAUFF are specially designed for use in mobile high-pressure hydraulic systems. They consist of a coupling sleeve with a winged screw sleeve and a coupling plug with an external thread. The wing nut enables convenient operation - even when wearing work gloves or in hard-to-reach areas of tippers, trailers and agricultural equipment.

The robust design ensures a secure connection at operating pressures of up to 350 bar. Once fully bolted, all internal components have minimal play, significantly reducing the risk of material fatigue. The design also prevents the occurrence of "brinelling" - permanent indentations on the surface of the connector, which can occur in extreme applications with conventional plug-in couplings.

The HT series is available in two nominal sizes and is designed for operating pressures of up to 350 bar. The coupling can also be safely connected and disconnected under residual pressure.
